Shipping Policy

All online orders that require shipping will be delivered to the respective courier within two business days from when the order was placed. 

Online pre-orders that require shipment will be delivered to the respective courier within two business days from when the pre-ordered items arrive at our facility. If an order contains both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the order will be held until all items are available. 

Online orders purchased with flat rate shipping options will be shipped through  UPS, Fedex, Canada Post or Purolator. 

Casual Games is not liable for any shipping delays related to projected shipping times, as shipping times are projections provided by the courier themselves and not a guarantee.

If you do not select a shipping option that that includes insurance, Casual Games is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. 

Flat Rate + Courier Insurance and $150/$200 Insurance shipping options include full package coverage.
